We are committed to delivering your hair care products in a timely and efficient manner. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle delivery issues.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed, it will ship through our trusted carrier partners. Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes, after discounts).

For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hoursto appear after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses caused by:

Incorrect/incomplete address details

Missing apartment/unit numbers

Address changes after the order ships
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages)
If Your Package Is Marked “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it is physically received. Please:

Check around your property (front desk, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).

Wait 24 hours, as carriers may complete delivery shortly after marking it delivered.

If still missing, contact us so we can start a claim process.
Lost Package Investigation (Up to 14 Days)
If your package appears lost (no movement, delivery failure, or missing), we will open a carrier investigation.
This process can take up to 14 calendar days to complete, depending on the carrier’s response and confirmation.
Evidence Required for Lost/Missing Package Claims
To proceed with a lost/missing package claim, we may require evidence, such as:

Photos of the delivery area (front door/mail area)

Confirmation of the shipping address used on the order

Carrier claim confirmation or report details (if applicable)
We reserve the right to deny a claim if required evidence is not provided or if the carrier confirms successful delivery.
Refund Eligibility Related to Shipping Issues / Returns
If a refund is approved that requires a return (or if a return is requested), please note:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

Seals must be intact and packaging must not be opened, tampered with, or damaged.

We may request photo/video evidence to verify the condition of the products and packaging before approving a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that appear opened, used, altered, or not in original condition.
